IT- and management consulting

For my customers I provide a variety of services in the role of senior advisor. Specific work assignments include sparring business development initiatives, vendor management, recruiting, evaluation of competence and performance of IT organizations, evaluation and design of server and application architectures, specification work and program management.

Technology-wise, recent customer project have involved Yammer (improving internal and external communications), Salesforce and Force.com (CRM and marketing automation), Magento and MyCashFlow (eCommerce) as well as a range of Google tools (AdWords, Analytics and Drive).

Company

Winston Wolf is a one man company.

I worked for an internet consultancy agency for many years, until I decided to go on my own in late 2007. During those years, parallel to my other duties, I got to run some most challenging customer projects. This was because when major project delivery challenges were heard of in the top management of my employer, somebody sooner or later thought the problem at hand was my problem.
